During this entire uptrend the VIX has rarely been more than 10% above or below its 10 day simple moving average. It closed just slightly more than 10% above its 10 day sma today. investorshub.com If we follow recent history then tomorrow the VIX should fall towards its 10 day sma. That should help the market. What we really need though is more negativity in the form of put buying. RtS
