If Pres Bush gets his 'almost' amnesty proposal granted it will simply encourage more illegals since it will be obvious U.S. borders are in effect wide open. The flood of dirt-cheap labor drags down wages of long-time citizens--is that fair? Both poltical parties are pandering for the Spanish vote. Soon we can more correctly change national name to 'Meximerica.'
