(OTC Bulletin Board "PWPH") today announced that its Board of Directors has recommened that, at its upcoming Annual Shareholders Meeting later this month, its shareholders approve the acquisition for company stock of T.M.C. Agroworld Corp. "With the finalization of the acquisition, there will be 15,140,592 shares outstanding with minimum net assets of $77.6 million and its name to ???? thats were it stops. what does this mean to us shareholders? anyone have any answers? I called the pr firm listed at the end of the press release!! He stated that the cirgar merger is just the the start. He stated that the "fire works" will begin in the next few weeks---a merger with a large clothing company.

I am glad to see that someone has some hide left after this one, I still think a conference call is in order. There is no reason for either of these companies to leave us in the dark. Although any light at all and my eyes may not be able to take it. Here is the deal, believe none of what you hear and question everything you see. You may be ok on this one. They are the only people buying this stock, if they really have 77mil, which of course sound ludicrous, let them take it to a dollar or more, because if it is true, there will be plenty of room to enter. I am out at around .80 if it makes it. I have 25000 shares left and that is all I want. If it makes it there, I will go play elsewhere and you should too. This group could con you out of your last dollar and smile at you as they left, but worse than that, they could make you feel good about it. Thanks mick

I don't know where that announcement from shareholders came from; according to the PWPH side, they didn't make it, so it is phony. Only trust the Reuters and the DOW; the announcements made both.
As for your shares, I think it is clear, you are shareholders of a cigar company and that is a blessing because the lowest cigar company stock is $5.00, (SMKE), the highest is $104.00. TMC, led by Reyes, hasn't produced anything. Simply call the company and order some of their cigars and you will know if this is for real. Their number is: 1-888-482-9113. See if they come in a box with a name. They produce the Don Carlo Sumatra and Don Carlo Connecticut. Then check out that cigar name on the net at cigargroup.com. It won't come up which means that this is a new company with a real cigar. It will be coming out as a web page in the next two months according to the PR firm and it will be advertised everywhere.
We never got anything from Reyes, you can from this company. Call, buy, and let me know what you get. But let me warn you now, they are expensive.
As for the merger, yes, I hear rumors of something, but check out that cigar page I gave you and you will see that cigar companies sell cigars, humidors, clothing (yes cigar jackets, even shorts, briefs, etc.), lighters, etc. It is a very good business. They even sell gift packages with cigars and golf balls and things like that. So don't let Mr. Mistine fool you. We have a winner here and I would suggest that you stick with it at least through the shareholders meeting and financials are released.
Remember Mr. Mistine is strictly a day trader; I wouldn't listen to a day trader, you can easily get burned by one. If the price goes to something you like, then sell, get out, there are lots of cigar investors in this world, it is the hottest commodity around. Go to cigaraficionado.com and find the cigar stocks symbol and check out all the prices of the cigar companies.
Also, if you don't believe me, give me your fax, and I will send you the order form for this cigar company (it is a wholesale order form; you would have to ask the company if they will sell a shareholder at these prices).
If you think that the PWPH people will hype the stock and then sell it as it goes up and down, they might but so will lots of other investors. Play the game if you want but remember that the lowest price for a cigar stock today is $5.00 and the highest is $104.00 per share! Things are going to be hopping soon, I am certain of that.
As for that deal you have heard about, if TMC (Reyes) comes around and offers a deal to buy part of his company, be wary. Don't give your money to a private entity; you know their track record. If they go public, consider it but I wouldn't do it unless they could prove they had something. For example, what happened to those bananas. If they can give me a boat name, I can have the Lloyds of London people check it out and tell you who and what was shipped and who owns the boat. Or if they tell you they have bought Santa Elena, I can give you the phone number of the President of Santa Elena for you to check out. Or if they say, they consummated a UREA deal, I can give you the name of the UREA supplier in Belgium. Anything they say can be checked out from this end. But be careful please.
This cigar company is easy. Simply call the 888 number (that's an 800 number), and ask to buy some cigars; get the product, and have a cigar retailer give you their opinion. It is really very simple if you are genuinely interested in finding out the truth.
So all I ask in conclusion is for you to buy a cigar or two, to prove to yourself they have a product. I am not hyping the stock nor am I hyping their cigars. I am just trying to help you posters to get to the bottom of this issue.
Don't come back and tell me that the stock is going up and down; I think it will until the investors see real releases, real products, real financials, & real shareholders meeting.

At least we have a product ... for now... maybe several... Better than what we had. Lets face it.. we are now in the cigar business. I prefer the cigar business at this point... Beware of M1Stine... he is strictly a day trader... trying to sell for a couple of cents profit and then buying again after he scares you into selling ... He has done this before.. with TMC agroworld... While there is nothing wrong with this, i find his manipulation of this stock on these boards by hyping and then scaring other shareholders to sell bothersome. I really doubt that he will keep his stock until .80... bet he will sell tomorrow for a dime profit....

What a bunch of What Ever, I get it now, they no longer are hyping their stock, They just want you people to buy thier CIGARS. They are expensive, but do not worry about it, because once you smoke one.. you will get the whole picture. Folks, remember one fact, Reyes never owned one tradable share of TACN, only the PWPH people did. So blame what you want, on whoever and I will not even address your daytrading scam, if I was doing that I would not still be here and I surely would not be debating you, at this price, I could make a killing. Fact is, there is only oneway that you creeps are going to get the price up on this stock, BUY IT ALL, because no one with any sence is going to. Instead of coming on here and worrying about what people are posting, why do you not start proving those 77mil in assets. Your company was a joke when you did the TACN merger, Your even more of a joke without them, And even more of a joke with your cigar SCAM! I think, if I figured it right, your net would be about .03, if things you have said are true, which is real debatable, that figures out at about .03 a share in earnings, that has to be about 1.00 more than what you are actual going to do, because so far, all you have done is exagerate all your pr by about that much, so I guess we can figure about a(.97) loss, In fact I personelly put no value on you and your company at all. Oh, and by the way, Who are YOU! What a bunch of creeps. thanks mick
