Pffffffffffffft................ Never heard of him ever mentioned in the engineering and construction circles I travel in (i.e.: the ENR 400 and top 100 constructors). GDUBYA is someone who knows a little bit about energy - he was in the business, as opposed to Kerry who is an ambulance chasing, HMO suing lawyer being pimped on the country by the Kennedys. It's the 2003 Farm Bill, etc., passed during the Bush Administration that will be the engine behind most of the rural development of renewable energy - which will also clean up the landscape. Please don't try and sell that Kerry-fluff to me. I'm in the business. John :-) .
