I'll say it again, I don't blame the performers. They did what they've been trained to do. They do what they do cuz it SELLS CDS !! The people who "directed" and approved of the entertainment are the ones to blame. The only message these people understand is the one that hits their wallets. As it turns out, all this controversy has done is to probably convince the MTV demographic that they have even more reason to support their music entertainers. I mean, who are we to judge ? Most of the music I listened when I was a teenager was from drug-using, anti-establishment hippies. The more my parents hated them and told me it was crap -- the more I listened to it. 30 years later, these same "hippies" are generally revered as music geniuses. Oh yeah -- most of them are rich too. Do the parents who are outraged by the Superbowl show cover their kids eyes when they go to a museum filled with classical and renaissance art ? Why don't they ? The real issue for me is for people who control the talent and entertainment pipeline to know the difference between quality entertainment and crap. Chris
