You know, a bunch of cynical expat characters from where ever played by Sidney Greensleeve(?), Peter Lorre, Humphry Bogart, et al, sipping their tropical libations in an exotic setting - selling their services to anyone and everyone willing to pay - arbitraging gold at the local fleece market.
