tricon will have about 160 million shares this way. they should make about 2.25 a share in earnings. they are expected to trade at about 36 to 41. according to an artical i read in the wall street journal. pepsi now has 8 billion in debt. they just got 800million from that food distribution thing they sold. and now are going to get another 4.5 billion from tricon.
i think pepsi will do awsome now. they have a lot of cash to pay down debt. they are going to leave the dividend right where it is. so now they can go after burger king and mcdonalds.

i will hold my few shares of tricon. it's not worth selling, with the broker fees. heck maybe they'll be worth something some day.
