To reassure myself I went back and read Candlestick's posting where he outlines the CDRD scam: techstocks.com The catchy part is the inevitability of an enormous dilution NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 15. Some of that onslaught has been diverted by the refinancing, but an annoucement of a complete refinancing without discounted convertibles is the only thing I can think of which would put me off my short position, notwithstanding some irrational breakout to 25 or so. Let's see if any CDRD shares start flipping today with the August 15 discount. If not, I can still enjoy watching INSS tank. Short there at 23 3/4. Good luck to all.
