Bart- Today my indicators have turned in short term positive- %day a/d oscillator is pointing to a oversold market, I checked historical configuration of my indicators and I think yeterday failed test of the lows will prompt a nice uptick, if S&P takes out 931 I think it will test 941 and may be the level from which it retreated 947 on SOXx I expect it to take out 385, I am finding some small aberration in INTC which is disturbing otherwise configuration of AMAT and IBM is looking great, I should think INTC will give me comfortable strong reiterated buy by tommorrow. The negative bearing and overburden on the market is specialist and members short very rarely does specialist positions indicate a contrary direction but when they do we do have technical breakouts, some green shoots of strong indictions, I will today trade with an upward bias.
