Did Clinton invent Bill Gates, Andy Grove, and Michael Dell at that meeting? What does that mean? I said that Clinton, even before he went into office was thinking of a blueprint for the economic health of the US. Bill Gates, Andy Grove and Dell were the beneficiaries of the blueprint. Now those companies are down in the stock market.
