He is going to do what Clinton did. Clinton did not wave a magic wand. Instead he had a blueprint, he got the experts together, and then went and executed it. People likek James Rubin who even today commands tremendous respect on Wall Street, Robert Reich etc. who are all professors now in Ivy League schools.

It is the President who takes the lead and the initiative to pull together the best brains in the country. Bush pulled in people from old economy indistries such as oil, steel, railroads etc. What do they know about the modern economy. They do not know the difference between potato chips and silicon chips.
