S= size
A= activities
L= location
U= unit
T= time
E= equipment

As in WAR, we the long team don't need to reveal to the short team our cards. Sure they know we are here, but they don't know how strong we are. But we have some idea as to their numbers.

For the following reason the cartel numbers are classified.

1. If you are not in it, you don't need to know the amount.
2. We have a lot of shares already in the cartel.
3. For .25 cents a share, many are buying or bought more OVIS.

Is the cartel growing stronger every day?
Are we about ready to close the loop?
