Have we found out what happened with the defaults today? I'm not impressed with 1st
Concordes motion to deny AZNT's latest motion. Sounds to me like 1st Concorde is
threatening the court to have AZNT post a bond for payment to Ray Ridge, 1st Concordes
lawyer, in case AZNT loses case. Ray Ridge has probably informed 1st Concorde of the
possible cost to them, and advised on filing a new motion to assure attorneys fees to be paid and to let the Judge know they don't like the whole ordeal. To Bring Janice into the picture now, makes no sense to me. Keep on smiling Spider! Good luck

yes, freeze should be lifted friday. aznt submits stipulation to judge today. then dtc has 12
hrs. to comply & lift freeze. if they do not, the judge, if i understand good, will grant
default judgement against dtc too. PR monday from what i hear. i will keep you posted &
visa-versa.

thanks! i will not be posting on AZNT thread anymore because i think i will be called as
witness for aznt & i can not speak to defendants. of course you can! <lol> but it is best to
let them dig themselfs deeper. i predict a full out assault on me personally. for some reason
they belive to discredit me, a shareholder justifys what they are doing here. court is the
place for this! next week freeze is lifted! dtc told judge they can't lift the freeze because a "short squeezewill result" !! lolololol ! KEEP THE FAITH!

tell janice she can take her interpleader and injunction & go 'f' herself, they are
meaningless now. the defendants are in default & the default judgements were signed off
by george. tell her endless posts claiming the stock would never be cancelled or returned,
that there had to be a trial first & an interpleader was all BS, the stock is cancelled & the
case is over. wake up & smell the coffee!

visited aznt facilities on behalf of everen securities & why he claimed to be a
"shareholder". this will be funny to watch. jeanie said after he was told they knew he
wasn't a shareholder, he told her he was a "friend" of mine! lololol! this broker posts using
s martins account because his firm will not allow him to post. aznt is naming everen to the
defamation suit along with s martin , tonto & kugler.

now remind her that aznt will be serving her through the US embassy & her lies about the
stock never being cancelled or returned are proven by the default judgements george judge
signed. also tell her , there is good news & bad news...the good news is now first concorde will be dropped from the federal case & she won't have to testfy. the bad new is there is that nasty defamation & libel suit to contend with! <LOLOLOLOLOL>!!!!
