We have drawings for turkey and bear. Everything else is sold over the counter I think. Turkey is getting pretty easy to get as we are being over run with them and there are 5 seasons if your flexible. Bear on the other hand is about 4 years of applying to gain points before getting a kill tag. Bear are becoming quite a bit more prevalent though and I would expect that to loosen up some in coming years. Our elk herd is about 5 years away from a hunt and I can't imagine being able to draw a tag in my lifetime.
