SI Bob asked me who has found out my email? He said he does not see it on my profile, so a subpoena would be the only way I know of that anyone could get it unless you've given it to someone who has passed it on to someone else. The home office gets subpoena's now and then for lawsuits, ect, but I never know about them since I'm nowhere near the home office.
They have my email because I have talked to them through it before. Oh well, I give up. I'm just kicking back waiting for the 29th or earlier for some action.

What do you think about this. Lets just say..the bashers supply an attorney for Andy and others. The attorney goes in and asks for an extension for 6 months..then does nothing to defend these guys. They do it just to stall. Is this possible? (Remember, I'm just thinking of anything that could possibly botch the Judgement, just thinking out loud)

no guy, they were served & did not respond. there are no material issues in dispute. the defaults were entered 1/13. they can move to vacate the judgement i guess, but that has no impact on the summary judgement, seizing assets or the hearing 1/29. they are in default. as for dtc, aznt will ask for immediate injunctive relief if it goes to court friday, so they will not be allowed a continuance most likely. i believe it will be lifted thursday. i believe dtc does not want to be named in the suit & suffer a possible $11 mm in damages besides . dtc employee informed dave of this also. so i believe it will all be resolved on or before 1/29.
