I think that is about a 20K whoops up here. Had 3 guys stop on the road and start blazing away at some deer, they said. Anyhow it was a field of elk that were fenced in. Killed 3 bulls and 4 cows. DNR is going to bitch slap them hard but what their drunken minds didn't stop to register was the value of elk and the guy who owns them. They are placing the value of the bulls based on the sale of their horns for their natural lifetime and the cows as breeders. Last number I heard was 270K. Oh and one of the 3 bozo's owned the adjacent 40 to this elk farm so there aren't many folks buying the we thought we were shooting at deer story.
