The constitutional provisions-in the federal constitution and the various states-was NOT written exclusively for criminal acts. These are written for the peoples' representatives to YANK A CHOKE CHAIN on judges who try to appoint themselves as tyrants. We have forgotten that critical check and balance. The people of Massachusetts should set an example for people with the same need in many others states-and CLEAN OUT THEIR SUPREME COURT for usurping the powers reserved for to the people. Tyranny prospers in societies of cowards-every time...
