I think there is a very good chance that Lidakol can be sold over the counter, particularly in Europe. You make a very good point about the non-mutagenic properties and will aid greatly in the approval process. My comment about not jumping the gun on the FDA and going direct OTC was more about the insidious ways of the FDA. Dealing with the FDA is like dealing with the IRS, don't get them angry.
