Fine her 4-5x whatever losses she would have incurred by selling her stock the next day and be done with it, I say.

They couldn't make the insider trading charge, so they came up with lying to prosecuters, no??

It's a joke, IMO.

Look at all the people hurt by this that had nothing to do with the whole thing in the first place ... completely out of proportion, even if you buy that she was guilty.
