WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Ableauctions.com Inc. (AAC) registered 6.2 million common shares on behalf of some shareholders under a shelf registration filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Of the shares being registered, 1.6 million may be issued upon the exercise of warrants held by the holders.

The company won't receive any proceeds from the shares being offered by the holders.

No underwriters were named in the filing.

Ableauctions.com is a liquidator and auction technology company.
