Clearly I am coming into this without having even a basic understanding of what "it" is. I see a big table loaded with numbers. I have no idea what the numbers relate to. A symbol? An entire market? VIX?

No doubt you have discussed this before, but I'm not blessed with the time to search through some 45,000 posts. If you can point me to a post where you outline some of this, or give a brief syopsis now, I will be pleased to look deeper.
