Beefalo has been talked about a lot but hasn't taken hold yet. I bought some Yak a few years ago and it was great. One store has had a special on Black Angus ribeyes, $5.99 a pound. I bought 8 of them, 'nother store now has them for $5 a pound. Yep, I'm stocking up on ribeyes. Beats stocking up on toilet paper.
