Such extreme poverty will mainly be dealt with by economic growth not a world government. If we had a world government today their situation would not be very different.

The NWG would basically be an organization directing other organizations.

Another layer of control might not really help much.

Perhaps with the assistance of NATO if war is involved.

What if NATO tells the NWF to go F itself? What if for example it is the US that decides not to comply with the NWG? Or if the US gives up its independent military power then NATO would probably be defunct or meaningless anyway.
