If you are talking about DAWC, I'd say NO.

If you are talking about IMNF, I'd say NO...mostly because they appear to be non-reporting right now. Very difficult to find substantial financial info. However, I am a bit surprised by the recent news from IMNF...they appear to be agressively buying up small mortgage companies that specialize in difficult loans.

I don't Know much about the financial stocks, but I'm not bothered that we have to hold our DAWC/CDMD shares (that are being converted to IMNF) for one year. IMNF might just do something. [By the way, I have not spoken to DAWC's IR dept because they pissed me off a year ago]

It's clearly creepy that DAWC hasn't issued any news on this, and that IMNF hasn't either. It's been typical of DAWC's CEO to talk about upcoming events prior to their actual announcement. I don't trust the DAWC CEO one bit.

I wonder, why are you "looking at" this company. What brought you to us. Have you heard any news at all from DAWCIN INTERNATIONAL? They have been very quiet which has always been their worst trait. We've heard nothing since they announced that strange heliolane deal, which may have never been completed. DAWC has recently decided to become non-reporting until they can redo their financials. Real shady stuff. I originally got into the CDMD stock when the CEO got on the radio and stated that they would be profitable with their "cash-cow" in the next quarter. Of course, this company has only lost money.
