Perhaps a good sign, but perhaps bad. Are they replacing people who wanted out? Are all those positions really necessary for a small company? Why do they need a Financial Analyst? Davis is supposed to be doing something, isn't he? Just need more info. to tell what it means. But for now it is not reassuring to me.
