Would tend to agree with the social scientist that researched this area for her PhD, than Frontline's hypothesis, which isn't to say that Frontline doesn't have excellent points.

Again, I think the issue isn't their homes, but the socially oppressed region they came from.

People who are not socially oppressed will find more constructive things to do with their time.

Saudi Arabia is a very socially oppressed area - for men and women. According to contacts, there are quite a few Saudi Arabia men that actually fly over to this one hotel in Israel for the prostitutes. I think when society is so socially oppressed, strange things like this can happen. The more oppressed an area is, the more dangerous it could be to us, regardless of people's wealth. Wealth simply doesn't trump socially oppressive regimes. And idle minds sometimes aren't good, particularly in a socially oppressed region.
