You seem to be so desperate to be right that you'd jump into conclusion at sight of first opportunity.

You aren't even to the point where you know what you don't know. Let's drop it, it's a big waste of my time.

The error in your probability statement lay in the fact that you assume that the subset has the same distribution as the set it was taken from.
