It also saves the government a lot of money. If we didn't have the reserves or guards then we would have to have a much larger full time force through incentives, draft or whatever. Having the dedicated men and women that are trained and in reserve is a real money saver.

Of course John F-ing Kerry and their ilk don't care. If calling the guard and reservists draft dodgers or communists or whatever gets them back into power that is what they will do. They have sold their souls to the devil and power is all that will feed them.
