At the outset many scientists outside the field of climatology signed on to the global warming theory (which went beyond simply identifying the fact of global warming to posit that humanity was responsible). At its' high point global warming and its' human causes was being reported as a fact. Now that the debate on both sides has become public most scientists have backed away from the outrageous claims. Now weatherpersons are careful to point out that global warming is a theory again.

How did this all come about in the first place?, you ask. The left grasped this issue as an excuse for their anti-growth agenda and promoted it. If you want to be part of the debate, where are your facts?
