They are already out of time on Autobahn - they are no longer marketing that product as a seperate component, they are bundling it into OrderPoint (their storefront for the web package) only. What I meant by "running out of time" - you can only put up so many quarters of lacklustre performance before people forget about you.

Revenue from their Media product continues to grow - but not fast enough to offset the decline from their traditional 4GL product line. As a company they have not grown in the past 4 years - except that their product mix is almost completely different today.

Their are times when I wonder if their technology (and it is good technology...) would do better in the hands of another company??
