Just as I sensed that Baxter's 8 hour love fest were not a sign of good management, I am not impressed with a supposed need to fill many positions.

I take it as a neutral or even bad sign until proven other wise.

And I do want to remind you that you have been mentioning Xoma's list of positions for at least 3 years.
