I find a lot to like in VCSI for the long term. Having said that, I wouldn't be in a hurry to buy more. In MHO the whole tech sector looks like it's about to get hammered again. Over the past 48 hours several analysists have acknowledged overcapacity in the DRAM sector. Similar problems are building in the box and server sector. The market will very likely throw out everything tech and values will be very good. This is my bearish view.
