Kerry doesn't waffle. He just asks the smart questions.
The right vote on Iraq wasn't yes or no, it was "do you promise to go the Un inspections route, build a large coalition and invade only as a last resort? If so, then okay". That was what Kerry asked, said and did. He was right about it.
