Newmont has no back-in rights, I believe. AQI did not optioned Calcatreu, but it bought all the shares of Normandy Minera Argentina which held Calcatreu. Normandey Minera Argentina became Minera Aquiline Argentina SA.

In other words, It seems that AQI can do what it wants.

As for the mining and processing of Navidad, it should be conventional milling. Open pit? That I do not know.
