looking at the sheer size of their interventions ( far bigger than their trade surplus for instance ) i must conclude that these guys have completely lost their mind. note that the practice of selling real goods for a bunch of IOUs that can never be paid back is in and of itself proof of a mental imbalance, to put it more politely. depleting one's pool of real funding for empty promises simply makes no sense.
