Twice this week I've tried to sell (and buy) shares at the stated bid-ask but got not even a partial fill. I got no replies to my answerbox messages (waste of time) so I called them up and they said it was because the market had no volume - in fact it's been trading all day. In any case why would the MM state a bid ask that couldn't be supported? I can't remember this happening before.
