'the wave count' - lol, look what the wave count did to the Graf Spee .... man, there's been a lot of ripples go down the Caroni since i've been following this puppy .... used to get more frequent cycles of interest than recently, it must be two years now for this sleepytime ...... yes, almost exactly, since it last printed .40 - finance.yahoo.com

That was pretty clear wording in the last release though, i do expect 'written confirmation' to come at some point ..... well, 70/30 odds, who knows, anything could happen .... certainly Ms Market is not yet confident, and it's starting to feel stupid checking csl first each time i log on now

I did hear one opinion, from somebody who gave a general impression of knowing, that the polarisation in politics there has been going on for so long now that people have learned to live with it ..... and it wouldn't have much to do with Cadre in any case, the MEM is always slow, it's set up that way to be cautious, this person figured .... i can't see why they wouldn't have the concession returned to them, subject to stiff conditions of performance, the question then becomes, What is the level of Seabulk's interest at this point? ..... if they think they can market the gravel starting around 2006, then this becomes a big viable operation
