Looking over ACO, I see nothing wrong with this stock except the recent wave of insider selling:

Also, there's a streak of declining percentage on how much the co. has beaten estimates for each of the last four quarters.

I think both the analyst issue and the insider selling can be ignored. The lack of surprise in the earnings is actually a positive that signals predictability and consistency. The selling is just a small fraction of the insider's position. About half of this selling was balanced by increased institutional buying and the rest was more than offset by the Co.'s ongoing share buyback program. There's still about $3.7 million dollars in the till approved for buyback as of the end of January.

Financial highlights from the recent earnings report besides the earnings and revenues story include debt reduction (debt is almost negligible)and strong cash flow which has funded two recent acquisitions.

The technical picture is a little cloudy as the price has sunk below the 50 day moving avg. Perhaps this is explained by the general market conditions experienced this week. If the fundamental picture is as good as I think it is, the stock price should recover shortly and therefore,I would like to add this stock to our folio on Monday. Comments anyone?
