You exaggerate the opposition. I have not seen a lot of demonstrations calling for death to America, and they have mainly occurred in the Sunni Triangle
Right on

You see anti- Bush and antiAmerican demonstrations because that is what the media wants us, and the world, to see. Even the camera shots are deliberately composed to make the demonstration larger than it really is, hence the statement"hundreds of thousands" at the demonstration. Eye witnesses usually state the attendance is considerably less than reported at these gatherings. At a close up camera view the gathering seems overwhelming. These scenes are shown on television, but when the camera angle is enlarged there is no one in the background and the gathering is small, but this scene is seldom shown. Also seldom shown are the many demonstrations praising America, conveniently deleted to suit the left wing liberal press and their fellow traveler Bush haters.
