You and I have solved the problem. We're using the parallel of the American Indians, which you approved of. The only questions that remain are a) what percentage of the Palestininans should be slaughtered --in the Indian wars and subsequent hardships something on the order of 90% of American indians died, so that's a good target to aim for-- and b) which scrub land should be set aside for the reservations.

I think we can savely leave those questions up to the Israelis, as they were left to the US government with the American Indians.

I do want to thank you for your help in finally finding a solution to what had seemed an intractable problem. All we have to do now is sell this solution to the parties, and I'm sure you'll do find at that.
