Kerry has always been for disarming Saddam. But never has stood for the unilateral, rushed, reckless and dishonest way Bush did it. After all Bush's way cost us all more and cost more US troops lives. Plus, it damaged our global alliances. All for what? More oil for a few Texan contributors? The quote you used left out the rest of a long speech putting strict conditions on his support for Bush's war.
