Ray do you think that the dynamics will change if Bush drops Cheney or Cheney goes stating health reasons (does not matter). And then he chooses a relatively moderate Republican such as Guiliani. Although I wonder why Guiliani would want to run now with Bush when he did not run against Hillary then.
