Hello.

The website has NOT been sold yet. We have not yet sold the website due to issues' users such as yourself have brought up. We are still trying to find a proper solution whereby we will not be held accountable for the actions of a new owner. We have deleted accounts of users who have requested it and otcforums is currently offline until a resolution can
be found.

Either the sale will not go threw at all or we may simply sell an empty website to Hager. We hope by doing so we should be 'safe' from future threats/lawsuits by prior members even tho we believe we are being victimized by the whole situation at hand.

Hello Barry,

We're informing you that we have sent a notice to Hager today stating that he has breached the terms of sale as outlined on eBay and are rejecting his offer. He wanted us to sign a bill of sale which was under "The laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico". The sale is clearly an american sale and has nothing to do with the jurisdiction of any 'flag of convenience' country. In addition 5 business days has elapsed sinced we listed the auction and payment was not received thus we hope we are free from any legal obligations from his side.

Regards,
