Combined pricetag: let's just use the word "enormous". Meanwhile, around 95% of cargo shipments into the country go unchecked as we approach 3 YEARS after 9/11. Meanwhile, resources are pulled OUT OF Afghanistan and quagmired into the preventative war on a non-threat country. Why? Because positioning for reelection has driven this administration's policy from Day 1, shouldering aside a calculated, analytical approach to national security. To this registered Republican, that's the real tragedy. John
