Kerry did not have a rich daddy with pull like Bush did.
He had rich friends and relatives, but his own family was not. He got a very good education, went to St. Paul's in the US and Yale then Boston College. Ths Swiss thing was when he was a little kid though the GOP likes to use that to paint him as some kind of foreigner. ("Swizterland is next to France"). Buncha BS. Kerry was a star athlete and briliant student and then voluntered for the jungles of Vietnam. He could easily have skipped the war lie GW and Cheney did.
