I think it's just a matter of who's Kerry's VP now. I heard Dean volunteered, but I think Edwards would be perfect, except he's said he didn't want the job.
With it looking more and more likely that Cheney won't be on the ticket with Bush, the VP choice is more important. I think Rev. Al would generate more votes than Cheney at this point.
