HI DJ...yes, I have almost become a believer. Let's hope my somewhat increased optimism is not an indication to become a Bear and sell!

Frankly, with the tech debacle, I thought the tech story was over. However, with regard to the tech sector of our asset allocation, my investment advisor was convinced that well positioned tech companies would emerge and do well if patience was exercised. We bought some stock in well recognized tech companies over the past few years, and added on weakness. Naturally we took some profits as indicated. We have also taken a position in tech oriented companies that are not as well known, but that appeared to have technology that was compelling. Since the information is proprietary, I don't think it proper to share the stocks chosen on this thread. At any rate, we began to buy MRV once again several years ago and have added a significant amount just about at the lows (thankfully, we had sold a large percentage, though not all, on the way "up"). It will be exciting, and rewarding on several fronts, to see MRV turn the corner and build success. I will depend upon the wisdom of others to decide when profits should be taken. However, I hope patience will continue to be rewarded.
