You are trying to convince someone that the Jews wanted to start a war against Arabs for land in 1948? Many Jews were recent survivors of the Holocaust, and in total were very badly armed, and were outnumbered by huge numbers of heavily armed Arabs.
How about 1956, or 1967 or 1973? You still believe that tiny Israel wanted to wage war against the huge Arab armies?
