Kerry knows more about counter-terrorism than anyone in the Senate. he wrote a book about it called "the new war" and predicted a 9-11 type attack back in 1999.

He never said military action isn't sometimes necessary, but he's 100% right that terrorist cells must be defeated by intel and police action, with assists from speical ops on occasion. Invading entire countries to knock out terrorist cells is crazy except in the case of Afghanistan where the Mullah in charge was a quasi-terrorist.

Now Rumsfeld admits they were thinking about invading Libya to. And of course Iran. Well what do they have in common with Iraq? All have huge oil-fields. That's the real reason behind their so-called "war on terror". Notice they never mention invading Lebanon or Syria which don't have oil. Even Afghanistan has strategic oil importance because of the pipeline they want to run through it. It's time you saw through the BS of the Bushie oil cartel.
