Ray,we have an interesting situation in Toronto.Jeremy Hinzman,an American army deserter is applying for refugee status in Canada.(Globe and Mail Saturday Feb.7 by Michael Valpy)He was supposed to be sent to Iraq and is afraid of being killed.At the same time we have a North Korean that claims that he will be executed if he is sent back home.He has also applied for refugee status.Stay tuned.
